Nagy Design LLC is the culmination of a journey that began in 2009, shaped by an insatiable curiosity and an evolving creative vision. My path led me through Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where I immersed myself in engineering graphics technology. Though I did not complete a degree, I earned a professional trade certification that laid the groundwork for my future endeavors. More importantly, my education extended beyond traditional academia, as I embraced the vast resources of the digital information age, absorbing knowledge that aligned with my creative inclinations and expanding my understanding of the world.
After spending eight years in southwest Michigan, I returned to my hometown of Manistique in Northern Michigan, seeking a shift from urban life and an opportunity to collaborate with my father in construction. This period was a fusion of old and new—traditional craftsmanship combined with emerging technology. Working side by side, we introduced CNC machining into our projects, integrating digital precision with hands-on artistry. In addition to fabrication, I honed my skills in construction, home design, and drafting, creating detailed architectural layouts that brought functional and artistic elements together in a seamless vision. This experience reinforced my passion for blending technical skill with creative expression, paving the way for what would become Nagy Design LLC.
Founded in 2018, Nagy Design LLC emerged from these early explorations, expanding from CNC machining into a broader realm of digital artistry and design. Over time, my skillset grew to encompass digital art, animation, and multimedia creation. Utilizing the Adobe Creative Suite, I developed a strong foundation in visual storytelling, producing intricate digital artwork and animations. My work is not simply visually engaging—it is rooted in a deeper exploration of form and meaning, often drawing upon sacred geometry as a universal language. These designs serve as contemplative tools, offering insight into the patterns that shape our reality and inviting a broader perspective on the world around us.
My fascination with technology and digital spaces began at an early age. At just eight years old, I was captivated by computers, building my first website on GeoCities by age twelve. By fifteen, I had created an online forum dedicated to UP Michigan hockey, fostering a vibrant community. At eighteen, I conceived a project called ‘Infinity Envisioned,’ an ambitious attempt to build a digital forum covering all imaginable topics—an early vision of what platforms like Reddit would become. While that particular project never fully materialized, it evolved into a personal journey of exploration, leading me deep into the study of world mythologies, religions, and philosophies in search of their common threads.
This pursuit of knowledge was never just an intellectual exercise—it was an attempt to understand the greater forces at play in our existence. Inspired by the holistic approach of Buckminster Fuller, I sought to weave together insights from a vast array of disciplines, from engineering and architecture to cognitive sciences, ancient wisdom traditions, and alternative medicine. Specialization is valuable, but without a broader context, it can lead to fragmented perspectives. My approach has always been to unify rather than divide, to synthesize rather than compartmentalize, mirroring the very principles I explore in my artistic and intellectual work.
In 2016, I envisioned the Inspire Project—an initiative meant to bring together these diverse explorations into a cohesive framework. Though it struggled to gain traction in its initial stages, the arrival of the COVID-19 pandemic provided an unexpected opportunity to refine and clarify its direction. Over time, the Inspire Project evolved into two published books, The Interstellar Lighthouse and In’Spire – The Doctrine of Syn. These works synthesize the classical liberal arts with an emphasis on sacred geometry and new age philosophies, offering unique perspectives on the Great Pyramid of Giza and the deeper structures of reality. Both books are available for purchase through Barnes & Noble or digitally through this website.
As Nagy Design LLC continues to evolve, the vision remains clear—to push the boundaries of creativity, technology, and philosophical inquiry, inspiring others to see the interconnectedness of all things. This is more than a business; it is a movement toward a future where innovation and wisdom converge, shaping a new paradigm of design and understanding.
